InfiniteWatch, a new AI-powered technology platform focused on enhancing customer experience, has officially launched its operations after securing a $4 million pre-seed funding round, led by Base10 Partners with participation from Kfund, Kibo Ventures, LifeX, Calafia, a16z scouts, Sequoia, and several unicorn startup founders.
The company was founded by a team of entrepreneurs with extensive experience in technology and product, including Iñaki Berenguer, Pablo Molina, and Alberto González, former executives of CoverWallet, the insurtech that exceeded $1 billion in annual premiums before being acquired by Aon. The founding team is completed by Alex Lorenzo and Ginés Sánchez, professionals with a track record in AI-based projects.
InfiniteWatch was created with the mission of providing an observability layer for AI agents in interactions between businesses and customers, a field that has accelerated with the adoption of automated solutions. Its technology allows companies to monitor and deploy AI agents in production environments, offering visibility into aspects such as quality, regulatory compliance, reputation, and user satisfaction.
With offices in New York and Madrid, the company already processes over two million monthly interactions for clients across Europe and the United States, according to its founders. The platform currently offers two main products that combine monitoring and deployment of AI agents across multiple digital channels.
In the coming months, InfiniteWatch plans to expand its offerings with AI capabilities for chat, email, and web cobrowsing, aiming to centralize intelligence across multiple touchpoints and proactively address potential issues before they impact either human users or automated agents.
