Factorial, the leading business management platform, has launched the AI Acceleration Fund, a €10 million initiative designed to help companies in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and Portugal implement artificial intelligence (AI) in their operations. The program goes beyond financial support, offering access to cutting-edge technology, One AI platform credits, and expert guidance to integrate AI effectively into everyday business practices.
The fund aims to lower the barriers to digital transformation in HR processes, automating repetitive tasks, providing actionable data, and enabling teams to focus on strategic priorities. The initiative also embodies the #PayItForward philosophy, where entrepreneurs who have scaled their businesses reinvest knowledge and resources to accelerate the growth of other companies.
The program targets European companies with 20 to 1,000 employees interested in Factorial’s complete HR packages (Starter People or Pro), and applications are open until May 29, 2026. Selected companies will gain access to funding, One AI platform credits, and specialized support to streamline processes, automate tasks, and boost innovation with AI.
The application process is straightforward: complete the form, assessment by the Factorial team, discussion with experts, and start using the platform immediately.
