CREA Inversión has advised Prodigioso Volcán, a leading company in communication, design, storytelling and corporate transformation, on its integration into Jungle Group, in a strategic transaction that consolidates the creation of one of the largest creative company ecosystems in Spain.
The incorporation of Prodigioso Volcán represents Jungle’s sixth acquisition in the past two years and forms part of the group’s inorganic growth strategy, aimed at combining design capabilities, technological development and strategic communication to address the transformation challenges of large organizations.
Founded in 2010 by María Moya and Mario Tascón, Prodigioso Volcán has established itself as a firm specialized in strategic communication and editorial transformation, with a distinctive value proposition that integrates journalism, design and technology. The company works with major corporations and leading institutions, delivering projects focused on corporate narrative, organizational culture and communication in complex environments.
The transaction will enable Prodigioso Volcán to accelerate its growth and scale the project launched in 2010, strengthening its value proposition within a broader business platform, while ensuring continuity of its identity, culture and distinctive positioning.
The current management team will continue to lead the company within the group. María Moya will assume the role of Chairwoman, Jorge Martín-Luengo will remain as Chief Business Officer, Antonio Pasagali will continue as Executive Creative Director, and Carolina Miyata will take on the position of Managing Director.
Integration into Jungle will make it possible to expand Prodigioso Volcán’s service offering and enhance synergies in areas such as strategic communication, design, technological innovation and cultural transformation.
