COFIDES will contribute to the growth in Italy of the digital marketing firm ISPD. To this end, it has provided a loan of €588,000 from the Fund for Foreign Investment (FIEX), with which the company will finance the acquisition of 51% of the Italian company Rocket PPC, specialized in digital advertising and web analytics.
ISPD will thus expand its services and strengthen its presence in Italy, one of the main European markets, as well as broadening its customer base. The operation benefits from the COFIDES Impact program, through which it promotes projects that generate a positive impact on the SDGs. In this project, the price bonus on the financing of the variable sustainability component is linked to the company calculating and reducing its carbon footprint.
COFIDES' Corporate Investment Director, Miguel Ángel Ladero, highlighted that "it is gratifying for COFIDES to support innovative companies such as ISPD, which through their activity contribute to giving visibility to other companies, favoring their growth and competitiveness in a global market, thus boosting the economy and favoring job creation."
Jordi Ustrell, CFO of ISPD, states: "We are very grateful for the COFIDES’ support in our international growth strategy as well as the facilities in filling in all the necessary information. The acquisition of Rebold PPC will not only allow us to strengthen our presence in the key Italian market, but also opens up new opportunities for us to offer innovative and high quality services to our customers."
