Bertrandt continues to strengthen its progressive internationalization as well as its expertise in non-automotive industries with the acquisition of the Spanish company Centum Digital. The company focuses on quality assurance, cyber security and systems engineering, among other things.
To strengthen its presence in the Spanish market and broadening its expertise, Bertrandt has successfully acquired Centum Digital, a dynamic and forward-thinking company based in Madrid. The acquisition was finalized on May 21 and represents a significant milestone for both companies.

Founded in 2005 in Madrid, Centum Digital is an expert organisation for quality assurance, services for mobile virtual network operator, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering, critical Software Development and Smart Factory. The customers mainly come from the international aerospace and defence industry as well as the Spanish telecommunication sector.
