Alantra has acted as Co-Lead Manager on the successful accelerated bookbuild of Cirsa shares by Blackstone, through its subsidiary LHMC Midco S.à r.l., representing c.3.6% of the company’s share capital.
The offering comprised the placement of 6.09mn shares at a price of €12.75 per share, with the potential to increase to 7.0mn shares through a customary 15% overallotment option. The placement was executed at a 6.4% discount to the last closing price, reflecting solid demand from institutional investors.
Following the transaction, Blackstone will reduce its stake in Cirsa from 78.4% to 74.8%, or 74.2% if the overallotment option is fully exercised, while retaining a significant majority position in the company.
Cirsa is a leading global gaming and leisure company, with a diversified platform spanning casinos, gaming machines, and online operations across Europe and Latin America.
