Visionaries has announced that it has led a €3.5 million pre-seed funding round in Omnia, the world’s first agentic platform designed to help brands optimize their visibility across AI-powered search engines. The round also saw participation from Kfund, Baobab Ventures, and several world-class angel investors.
Founded by Daniel Espejo (ex-Klarna) and Miguel Fernández (ex-GitHub, Fastly), Omnia enables brands to adapt to a new era where AI engines and conversational assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews are replacing traditional search engines.
Unlike conventional SEO tools, Omnia’s platform uses autonomous AI agents to identify the most searched topics relevant to each brand, benchmark performance against competitors, analyze the sources cited by AI engines, and deploy content into those sources—ensuring brands actually appear in AI-driven results.
The company has achieved strong early traction, with adoption from teams at ElevenLabs, Personio, Trade Republic, Pleo, and Air Europa, among others. Customers are already reporting up to 3× visibility gains across AI channels.
“If brands don’t adapt to this shift, they’ll disappear. Omnia gives them the technology to stay visible in the age of AI search,” said a Visionaries spokesperson.
With this investment, Omnia will accelerate product development and expand internationally from Madrid to the world.
