TRIBECA Abogados has appointed Héctor Brito as Partner. Brito has been leading the firm’s London office since 2023, and his appointment reaffirms TRIBECA’s commitment to internal talent and international expansion.
Héctor Brito is a lawyer in TRIBECA Abogados’ Corporate Department, specializing in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contracts, and advising companies in their international growth processes. A lawyer qualified in Spain and a solicitor in England and Wales, he is currently based in London, where he advises corporations with interests in Spain, the United Kingdom, and other European countries.
Brito has spent most of his professional career at TRIBECA Abogados, having also worked at Deloitte and, more recently, at Écija. After an initial period at TRIBECA, he rejoined the firm in 2023 to lead its expansion into the UK and establish the London office.
The London office serves as a strategic hub for multinationals, funds, and middle-market companies operating in Spain and the UK, providing comprehensive, coordinated legal advice across both jurisdictions. This practice is developed in collaboration with Harrison Clark Rickerbys (HCR), a British law firm with which TRIBECA Abogados maintains an operational partnership, ensuring fast and specialized cross-border support.
