The CDTI Innovación Board, a state-owned public entity attached to the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, approved in June 107 new R&D&I projects with a total budget of €77.58 million, of which CDTI Innovación will provide €61.26 million, including a €10.10 million non-reimbursable component. A total of 114 operations were approved, all structured as loans.

A total of 111 companies are involved in the development of these projects, of which 30 are receiving CDTI Innovation funding for the first time and 73 are SMEs. These companies employ 336 people dedicated to the objectives of the approved projects.

Of the total operations, 36 are co-financed with POPE 2021–2027 funds and 1 is co-financed with FEMPA funds
