Fagor Arrasate has completed the acquisition of the entire production business of Inoxilos, S.L., the company behind the HERPASA brand, a specialist manufacturer of stainless steel tanks headquartered in Castellbisbal, Barcelona.
HERPASA has a long-standing track record in the design and manufacture of stainless steel storage and process solutions for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The company had entered liquidation following the conclusion of insolvency proceedings, making this transaction possible.
Ensuring continuity for customers and ongoing projects
Fagor Arrasate has committed to completing all of HERPASA's ongoing projects under the agreed contractual terms. The company's entire technical and production workforce will be retained and further strengthened, ensuring continuity of service and preserving the specialist expertise that has long defined the HERPASA brand.

Through this acquisition, Fagor Arrasate adds complementary manufacturing capabilities to its existing business while contributing its engineering expertise, industrial infrastructure and international sales network, with a presence in the world's major markets.
