CEVA Logistics, a global leader in third-party logistics and a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, has announced that its subsidiary Colis Privé has signed two exclusive negotiation agreements to acquire Paack Iberia and Paack France, two dynamic Spanish and French e-commerce logistics companies. The transaction would significantly strengthen Colis Privé's domestic position in France while accelerating its European expansion into Spain and Portugal.
As e-commerce continues to grow, end-customer delivery needs and expectations are evolving rapidly. The last mile—the final step between the warehouse or retail outlet and the end customer—has become a strategic priority for e-commerce players focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Today, Colis Privé serves as the CMA CGM Group's dedicated last-mile delivery operator through its subsidiary CEVA Logistics. Built around a customer-centric approach, the company would take another major step in its international development through this transaction, designed to strengthen its footprint across Europe.
The proposed acquisition covers Paack Iberia and Paack France, two independently operated companies that share the same brand, origins and business model, built on proprietary technology and an integrated logistics infrastructure combining efficiency, innovation and sustainability.
Founded in Barcelona in 2015, Paack is a leading last-mile delivery provider across the Iberian Peninsula, with extensive expertise in e-commerce and retail logistics. The company leverages its proprietary technology platform to manage the end-to-end supply chain, offering a comprehensive portfolio of services including precise delivery time-slot selection, real-time tracking, advanced reporting and integrated returns management. This technology-driven approach provides the flexibility, reliability and transparency required to meet the evolving demands of last-mile logistics.
Over the past several years, Paack has achieved sustained growth across the Iberian Peninsula, generating revenues of €125 million in Spain and Portugal, together with €49 million in France in 2025, while achieving positive profitability in both markets.
The two agreements—covering Paack's respective operations and infrastructure in these markets—remain subject to customary closing conditions and the necessary regulatory approvals, as well as, in France, the completion of the employee information and consultation process with staff representative bodies and employee notification requirements.
The acquisition would support Colis Privé's ambition to build a leading pan-European last-mile delivery platform capable of serving international customers while addressing the specific requirements of each local market.
A dense network and an expanded complementary offering
Paack would bring to Colis Privé a highly robust operating network comprising 82 facilities across the Iberian region, including 21 strategically located logistics hubs and cross-docking facilities, 61 partner distribution centers, and a network of more than 5,000 active pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points. In France, Paack's six urban hubs would integrate seamlessly with Colis Privé's existing nationwide distribution infrastructure, further strengthening its network.
Serving leading international e-commerce and retail brands, Paack's business model would complement Colis Privé's portfolio through diversified fulfillment solutions spanning partner warehouses, brick-and-mortar stores, and an expanded out-of-home delivery network including smart lockers and PUDO locations. In addition, Paack's proprietary technology platform would immediately enhance Colis Privé's capabilities in end-to-end parcel planning, real-time tracking, precise delivery time-slot management and route optimization.
Accelerating Colis Privé's European strategy
Colis Privé currently relies on approximately 5,000 delivery drivers across France, Belgium and Luxembourg, providing e-commerce companies with home delivery and local pick-up and drop-off solutions.
For Colis Privé, the integration of Paack and its nearly 490 employees would represent a transformative milestone in its international expansion. The transaction would provide immediate access to two key European e-commerce markets while strengthening the company's ability to support international customers across multiple geographies through an expanded operating network, a broader delivery offering and enhanced technological capabilities.
Following the acquisition, Colis Privé would reach another major milestone by expanding its distribution network, strengthening its dedicated delivery workforce and surpassing €550 million in annual revenue.
Yasmine Iamarene, CEO of Colis Privé, said:
"With the acquisition of Paack, Colis Privé would take a decisive step forward in its European development. By strengthening our presence in key markets and integrating a leading technology platform, we would gain the resources needed to accelerate our growth and enhance our last-mile delivery offering. This transaction would enable us to provide our customers with more flexible, more efficient and better-adapted delivery solutions that meet the new standards of e-commerce and the growing expectations of consumers."
Xavier Rosales, Co-founder and CEO of Paack Spain & Portugal, commented:
"Since its foundation, Paack has set out to reinvent the last-mile delivery experience by placing service quality at the heart of its business model. Joining Colis Privé would allow us to fulfil that ambition while giving it a new European dimension. We are excited about the opportunity to work together and contribute, through our technology and operating model, to improving last-mile delivery across Europe."
Ignacio Lopez, CEO of Paack France, added:
"The integration of Paack France into Colis Privé would open a new phase of development, providing broader access to the omnichannel logistics market and a stronger nationwide network. Driven by the same commitment to customer satisfaction and the ambition to deliver the highest standards of quality and reliability, together we could help establish Colis Privé as the leading last-mile operator in France."
