The Board of Directors of CDTI Innovation, a Public Business Entity (E.P.E.) under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, has approved 18 new R&D&I projects with a total budget of €7.85 million. Of this amount, CDTI Innovation will contribute €6.03 million, including a non-repayable tranche of €1.31 million. The total number of operations approved by CDTI Innovation is 18, and all projects fall under the loan category.
A total of 17 companies are involved in the development of these projects, of which 8 are receiving CDTI Innovation funding for the first time and 15 are SMEs. These companies have 14 people dedicated to achieving the proposed objectives.

The Multi-Regional Operational Programme of Spain 2021–2027 enables CDTI Innovation to offer a non-repayable tranche of up to 30% to projects co-financed under this programme, regardless of the size of the beneficiary.

CDTI Innovation
CDTI Innovation is the public entity of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities responsible for financing innovation. It promotes innovation and technological development in Spanish companies by managing funding applications and supporting R&D&I projects from Spanish entities both nationally and internationally.
The organization contributes to improving the technological level of Spanish companies and, through its international network covering 51 countries, facilitates Spanish participation in international technological cooperation programs and the global transfer of business technology. CDTI also supports the creation and consolidation of technology-based companies in Spain.
