The private equity fund Nzyme has entered into a strategic partnership with RB Soluciones, a consultancy firm specialized in legal and regulatory compliance services.
Headquartered in Ferrol, Galicia, RB Soluciones specializes in consultancy services for organizations seeking to comply with current regulations and optimize their internal management. Its main business areas include data protection—offering comprehensive coverage and ongoing adaptation to ensure information security and compliance with data protection regulations; coordination of business activities (CAE)—through annual risk assessment and consultancy adapted to legal changes; and value-added consultancy—including the development of equality plans and workplace harassment protocols. All of this is delivered through proprietary methodologies and a team of experienced consultants.
Nzyme's investment aims to support RB Soluciones in a new stage of growth, providing strategic vision, organizational structure, and resources to scale its business model. Both parties will collaborate on a transformation plan focused on process digitalization, team professionalization, technology integration, and inorganic growth, with the goal of building a leading nationwide platform.
Founded in 2005 as a private family-owned firm, RB Soluciones has become a reference in the field of legal compliance, particularly in advising property managers, homeowners’ associations, agencies, companies, and public bodies. Having maintained a growth rate of over 20% per year, the company currently has a team of around 50 employees and serves more than 1,000 property managers, 35,000 homeowners’ associations, and 3,000 companies across Spain.
With this transaction, RB Soluciones becomes Nzyme’s third platform investment. Nzyme recently announced the closing of €160 million to invest in companies operating in fragmented sectors, with strong growth potential and opportunities for transformation through technology. With a hands-on and collaborative approach, Nzyme promotes digitalization, professionalization, and international expansion in its portfolio companies. Its strategy combines the implementation of advanced technologies with growth through acquisitions, supporting companies with solid foundations and the ambition to lead their industries.
