The private equity fund Nzyme has acquired a significant stake in White Vega (WV), a leading Spanish technology company specialising in vertical SaaS platforms for the comprehensive management of physical and real estate assets, as well as other industrial and commercial asset types. The transaction aims to support the management team in its growth and transformation. The founders retain a significant ownership stake and continue to lead the business, reinforcing their commitment through reinvestment.

Founded in late 2018 and headquartered in Madrid, White Vega has developed a robust and flexible SaaS ecosystem capable of transforming asset management and large-scale physical key custody and intelligence. The platform intuitively and efficiently integrates all key processes across the value chain, addressing long-standing inefficiencies such as loss of key control, duplication of tasks and high operational costs. WV provides full traceability, access control and an integrated view covering asset acquisition, leasing, maintenance, taxation and eventual disposal.

White Vega tackles structural sector challenges through a comprehensive platform that addresses the main inefficiencies in physical asset management: around 70% of assets may require lock replacement, over 34% of work is duplicated, and nearly 40% of payments remain unaudited. Its proprietary, robust and scalable SaaS platform enables end-to-end asset management — analysis, design, development, integration, operation and continuous maintenance — tailored to each client. This digital ecosystem includes tools for asset and key traceability management, rental management, advanced security and incident management solutions, and fully integrated systems designed to centralise operations and ensure seamless compatibility with any client system.

Nzyme’s investment aims to support White Vega in a new phase of expansion, providing strategic vision, resources and active support to consolidate, diversify and internationalise its model. Both parties will collaborate on a plan to drive advanced digitalisation, service professionalisation and growth into new verticals and geographies, while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency as core pillars. The transaction aligns with Nzyme’s strategy of backing companies with strong technological transformation and scalability potential.

White Vega operates through six national offices and manages over 2 million assets and 4 million keys — with more than 1,500 keys copied and 600 shipped daily — alongside detailed asset databases, incident histories and over 180,000 monthly operations. Its adaptable and scalable SaaS model maximises efficiency and control, generating valuable big data insights for clients across sectors.

Its client base spans real estate, banking, infrastructure, food, energy, insurance, public sector, family offices, leasing, industry and construction, standing out for ease of implementation, interoperability and compatibility with major ERPs such as SAP and Navision.

With this transaction, White Vega becomes the fourth platform in Nzyme’s portfolio, following the fund’s recent announcement of a €160 million closing to invest in fragmented sectors with strong growth and technology-driven transformation potential. Nzyme combines advanced technology implementation with acquisition-led growth, supporting companies with solid structures and ambitions to lead their sectors.

The transaction was advised by Garrigues and Singular Bank on behalf of White Vega, and by White & Case and RSM on behalf of Nzyme.

José Manuel Gasalla, Partner at Nzyme, stated: “White Vega represents exactly the type of company at the core of our investment thesis: a clear leader in technology solutions for the real estate sector, with a consolidated market position and a value proposition already showing traction and expansion potential in sectors such as energy, industry and retail.”

Álvaro Sánchez, CEO of White Vega, added: “This partnership with Nzyme marks a turning point for White Vega, allowing us to accelerate the evolution of our business model, strengthen technological innovation and advance our international expansion.”
