Magnum Capital takes a stake in Aeronáutica de Gestión, Spain’s leading provider of cabin solutions for business and commercial aviation

Magnum Capital has announced its investment in Aeronáutica de Gestión (AG), a Spanish company recognised at European level as a leading provider of engineering, production and maintenance services for cabin interiors and aircraft exteriors for both business and commercial aircraft.

This transaction represents the first investment of the new Magnum Capital IV fund.

Founded by José Capilla, who will continue as a shareholder and the company’s main executive, AG has established itself as the benchmark in Spain and Europe within the business aviation interiors segment, thanks to a differentiated value proposition based on a portfolio of integrated solutions — ranging from aeronautical certification processes to their manufacturing and installation, with the aim of delivering the best possible service, primarily through operational flexibility and significantly reducing aircraft downtime — as well as a highly customised approach to client needs, offering products and services of the highest quality in the sector.

In recent years, AG has leveraged its deep technical know-how in business aviation to expand into the commercial airline segment, offering cabin solutions and technical services for aircraft exterior maintenance, areas in which the company is experiencing rapid growth.

AG’s development plan for the coming years is built around three strategic pillars:
• Increasing penetration among existing clients by expanding services and supporting the growth of their fleets.
• International expansion in both business and commercial aviation, through a permanent presence in new hubs and agreements with international fleet managers.
• Development of new business lines, such as expanding the technical cleaning business or launching a new hangar for comprehensive maintenance of both business and commercial aircraft.
