King & Wood Mallesons (“KWM”) has appointed Roberto Pomares as managing partner of the Firm in Spain. A lawyer for more than 25 years, Roberto Pomares has been part of the Madrid office since it started in 1999 and has been leading the Corporate and M&A team for more than a decade.
Carlos Pazos will continue his role as Executive Chairman of KWM Spain, focusing his activity on the Firm’s national and international strategy and being closely involved in the consolidation of KWM as one of the leading law firms in the world.
