Innvierte allocates nearly 9 million euros in October to 6 new venture capital co-investments

CDTI Innovación, promoter and sole shareholder of Innvierte, closed 6 co-investment operations in October, one of them strategic, totaling €8,644,000, specifically:

  • 2 EYES VISION S.L. (2EyesVision) (Madrid) develops disruptive solutions in ophthalmology, focused on improving patient experience and clinical decision-making. Its innovative visual simulator, SimVis Gekko, allows patients to experience what their vision will be like after cataract or presbyopia surgery, enhancing communication with the doctor, reducing uncertainty, and increasing postoperative satisfaction. The investment is made together with BULLNET CAPITAL III, SOCIEDAD DE CAPITAL-RIESGO PYME, S.A. (Bullnet Capital), and CDTI Innovación’s contribution amounts to €284,000.
  • BIOFLYTECH, S.L. (Murcia) is a biotechnology company dedicated to breeding and processing the black soldier fly. Its products include insect protein and fat for use as animal feed ingredients and, as a by-product, compost for use as organic fertilizer. The investment is made with MOIRA CAPITAL DESARROLLO DELTA BIS FCRE, S.A., and CDTI Innovación’s contribution amounts to €1,563,000.
  • BLUE-BOOST, S.L. (Valencia) develops a market intelligence platform for identifying investment opportunities in high-growth potential companies and obtaining precise information based on Artificial Intelligence. The investment is made with VALECTRA GLOBAL, SCR, S.A., GENOWAY CAPITAL, S.C.R, S.A., and EURO PARK, S.L., and CDTI Innovación’s contribution amounts to €405,000.
  • NYMIZ SOFTWARE COMPANY, S.L. (Vizcaya) has developed a platform to automate the anonymization of sensitive personal data, focusing on regulatory compliance, security, and data analysis. The investment is made with SWANLAAB TECH FUND II F.C.R., and CDTI Innovación’s contribution amounts to €169,000.
  • TROVANT TECHNOLOGY, S.L. (Valladolid) develops modular biogas upgrading technology to biomethane, a highly innovative technology based on natural biological and chemical processes, aimed at plants with moderate biogas production. The follow-on investment is made with EASO VENTURES II SCR S.A., and CDTI Innovación’s contribution amounts to €90,000.

Additionally, under the strategic companies line, CDTI Innovación has committed €6,133,000 to PAYLOAD AEROSPACE, S.L. (Alicante), which develops small satellite launch technologies.

Since January 2025, CDTI Innovación, through Innvierte, has closed co-investment operations in 58 companies with a commitment of €153.9 million and has completed investments in 8 investment vehicles with a commitment of €685.74 million.

About Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting business innovation by supporting venture capital investment in technology-based or innovative companies. This program is implemented through the closed-end collective investment company Innvierte Economía Sostenible SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and supervised by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), of which CDTI Innovación is the sole shareholder.

To date, CDTI Innovación has committed €2.898 billion in 65 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 636 companies. Through its co-investment line, it has directly committed €761 million to 199 companies.

Innvierte is part of the Spanish Strategy for Science, Technology, and Innovation 2021-2027, approved by the Council of Ministers in September 2020. This strategy sets out objectives, reforms, and measures to be adopted across the R&D&I sector to drive growth and impact and is one of the pillars supporting the Government’s R&D&I policy design for the coming years.
