Edmond de Rothschild has announced the launch of Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity Solutions SICAV Convictions IV ELTIF, a fund of private equity funds structured under the European ELTIF 2.0 standard. This new investment vehicle aims to democratise access to private markets by allowing private investors to participate with a minimum investment of €100,000.
Designed specifically for this investor profile, EdRPE Convictions IV ELTIF offers access to a carefully selected range of strategies developed by the Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity teams, traditionally reserved for institutional investors. The fund is invested exclusively in the Group's private equity strategies, reflecting its core convictions around key themes for Europe's future: modernising infrastructure, accelerating the energy transition, strengthening the fabric of SMEs and regionalising economies.
A structure designed to facilitate access to private markets
The Fund's portfolio is constructed with a three-tier diversification approach: by type of investment (buyout, growth capital, real assets, emerging markets), by geography and by nature of operations (primary, secondary and co-investments). This approach seeks to mitigate risk and improve both the pace of investment and cash flow management, without compromising long-term return potential.
