INVENTIA Kinetics, a Spanish engineering company specializing in advanced engineering, automation and industrial turnkey solutions for the aerospace and defence sectors, has welcomed Inveready as a financial partner through a €5 million Venture Debt financing transaction structured by Inveready Venture Finance IV. The financing is intended to strengthen the company's financial capacity and support its next stage of growth.
The transaction was arranged by Singular Bank, through its Corporate Advisory Group, which facilitated the introduction between the parties and advised INVENTIA Kinetics throughout the financing process.
Founded in 2002, INVENTIA Kinetics employs more than 85 professionals across its facilities in Madrid and Seville. The company is a Spanish industrial SME with a strong scale-up profile, delivering turnkey projects that span engineering, design, manufacturing, integration, validation and industrialization of complex systems.
Its value proposition is built around high-value, technologically demanding projects, supported by in-house industrial capabilities, including advanced manufacturing facilities and an ISO 8 cleanroom dedicated to satellite integration. The company has established a proven track record working alongside leading industry players such as Airbus Group, ArianeGroup and the European Space Agency (ESA), reinforcing its reputation as a trusted technology and industrial partner for aerospace and defence programmes.
The financing will enable INVENTIA Kinetics to respond more efficiently to increasing market demand while executing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Beyond supporting technology development, the transaction strengthens the company's balance sheet and provides the working capital required to manage long-cycle industrial programmes.
This new phase will also reinforce INVENTIA's positioning with existing and prospective customers, consolidating its role as a long-term technology and industrial partner at a time when European investment in aerospace and defence capabilities continues to accelerate. The company's strategy is closely aligned with the European Union's objective of supporting high-growth SMEs as they scale into the Small Mid-Cap and Mid-Cap segments, strengthening Europe's competitiveness and strategic autonomy.
With Inveready's backing, INVENTIA Kinetics will pursue an ambitious three-to-five-year growth roadmap while maintaining its focus on industrial innovation and the development of strategic capabilities.
"INVENTIA is a mature and well-established company that already enjoys the trust of its customers. What we needed was stronger financial capacity to undertake larger and more complex projects, and in Inveready we have found the right partner to support an ambitious growth roadmap over the next three to five years," said José Antonio García Gallego, Founder and CEO of INVENTIA Kinetics.
"INVENTIA is a leading company operating in a strategic sector with significant growth potential. With the right financial partner, it is well positioned to take major steps forward. At Inveready, we are committed to strengthening the company's financial capacity so it can confidently deliver larger and more ambitious projects," said Gerardo Redondo, Investment Director at Inveready.
