DLA Piper has advised Aggreko Limited, a company owned by TDR Capital and I Squared Capital, and a global leading provider of mobile and modular energy solutions, temperature control and energy services, on the acquisition of Krill Generadores, a company specialised in the rental of generator sets and in providing services designed to meet the most demanding needs of the market.
The transaction strengthens Aggreko’s position in the Iberian market, expanding its ability to offer flexible and sustainable energy solutions to clients in critical sectors.
The DLA Piper team was led by Joaquín Echánove, Corporate partner, together with Francisco Bachiller, legal director, and associates Carlos Tobías and Pablo Marín, all from the Corporate practice. In the Competition area, the team included Joaquín Hervada, partner, together with senior associates Rafael Maldonado and Miguel Higuero, and associate Miguel Castilla.
Patricia Pila, legal director, and Diego Scarpino, associate, both from the Employment practice, also took part, as well as Rodrigo Iglesias and Elena Texeira, associates in the Real Estate practice.
