The Corporate and M&A practice area has a team of more than 20 lawyers, who advise on M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Restructuring transactions. Our M&A y Private Equity practice:

- Analysis, legal and fiscal advice in the design of the operation.

In particular, notwithstanding its high reputation in the Spanish market, it has extensive experience in operations with a multi-jurisdictional component, in which the coordination, standardization and quality of all the offices involved is key.
