Condis has completed the acquisition of the assets of Dispreu Logística, the company responsible for managing the Binipreu supermarkets, after obtaining approval from the Spanish National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC) and formalizing the definitive purchase agreement. The transaction was advised by CS Corporate Advisors.
The deal integrates into Condis’ structure eight supermarkets located across different municipalities in Menorca, three logistics platforms, and the Binipreu Menorca shopping center, one of the island’s main commercial and service hubs. In addition, the company will take over the supply of other establishments commercially linked to the Menorcan brand.
This transaction consolidates the initial agreement announced weeks ago and marks Condis’ return to its national expansion strategy, following the divestment of its Madrid assets in 2021. The company has stated that the Binipreu brand will retain its commercial identity, while benefiting from improvements in logistics, price competitiveness, and the development of new services.
With this acquisition, Condis strengthens its growth position through the addition of one of the leading food distribution platforms in the Balearic Islands.
