Anta Asset Management, part of Corporación Financiera Azuaga, has announced the launch of its first Private Equity fund, a vehicle specialized in dual technologies, defense, and aerospace, positioned as a strategic line within its alternative investment approach.
The fund has a target size of €60 million and has already secured 75% of the committed capital, reflecting strong market interest in strategies focused on key sectors with high technological and industrial content.
This investment approach allows opportunities to be analyzed from a dual perspective: financial and operational. The fund not only provides capital but also actively participates in the professionalization, corporate governance strengthening, and growth acceleration of its portfolio companies.

The fund is managed by Eduardo García-Oliveros, Director of Private Equity at Anta Asset Management, and supported by a network of strategic relationships as well as consultants with deep knowledge of the aerospace and defense ecosystem.

The firm already has a robust and attractive pipeline aligned with the fund’s investment thesis and expects to reach a first close during the first half of the year.
