We are an independent investment fund manager belonging to Corporación Financiera Azuaga, a Spanish-origin business group specialized in financial and investment services.

Our Private Equity Investment Team has extensive experience in supporting Spanish entrepreneurs through the origination and execution of investments in the SME arena, with the aim of creating added value alongside Management Teams to help companies grow organically and via acquisitions.

Our experience shows us that there is a clear opportunity to boost growth on the Spanish ecosystem, where Anta AM can act, not only as a financial investor, but also helping companies from a strategic and operational standpoint. Investment Strategy:

- Deal Format: Fund (FCR) or Deal by Deal (SCR)

- Geographic Scope: Iberia (with flexibility to contemplate additional geographies on opportunistic transactions)

- Sector Approach: agnostic (excluding FIG and Real Estate)

Transaction Type:

- Growth Capital Investments: capital increases (cash-in) to finance the company business plan (organically and/or via acquisitions)

- Buyout investments (or a mix of buyout and growth equity), as long as there is strong commitment in place from the Management Team to stay and execute the Business Plan during our period as stakeholders of the company

- Ability to take majority or minority stakes, with the latter being reinforced minorities, and including appropriate protection clauses

In addition to the Private Equity strategy, we have recently launched two additional verticals related to Direct Lending and Real Estate. As our latest project, we have launched a semi-liquid open-end fund together with TQ Eurocredit, a company specialised in alternative investments, with the aim of financing real estate development projects in a context of high demand for housing construction in Spain. Within Direct Lending, we envisage the potential structuring of alternative financing vehicles for SMEs in Spain to complement the equity offering through senior debt and mezzanine debt instruments customized to the need of each company.
