CDTI Innovación’s SICC Innvierte invests alongside three co-investors in BLUE-BOOST, S.L., a company developing a market intelligence platform for identifying investment opportunities
BLUE-BOOST, S.L., a company based in Valencia, has developed Latency, a data intelligence platform for private capital markets.
This AI-based platform digitally replicates the European economy, providing billions of data points, decades of financial records, and intelligent analyses for each company.
Using natural language or advanced queries, users can set up an analytical framework in seconds and access real-time market reports and high-growth trend analyses.
Thanks to the insights provided by Latency, it is possible to identify investment opportunities in companies with high growth potential.
Through Innvierte, CDTI Innovación has completed an investment in BLUE-BOOST alongside VALECTRA GLOBAL, SCR, S.A., GENOWAY CAPITAL, S.C.R, S.A., and EURO PARK, S.L. The investment amounts to €405,270, contributing to a total commitment of €2,205,270
About Innvierte
Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting business innovation by supporting venture capital investments in technology-based or innovative companies. This program is implemented through the closed-end collective investment company Innvierte Economía Sostenible SICC S.M.E., S.A., which is self-managed and supervised by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), with CDTI Innovación as its sole shareholder.
To date, CDTI Innovación has committed €2.885,8 million through Innvierte across 54 investment vehicles, and through its co-investment line, it has directly invested €833.6 million in 197 companies.
Innvierte is part of the Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy 2021–2027, approved by the Council of Ministers in September 2020. This strategy outlines the objectives, reforms, and measures to be adopted across R&D&I to boost growth and impact, forming a key pillar of the Government’s R&D&I policy for the coming years.
