Through its Innvierte initiative, CDTI Innovación has committed an investment of up to €20 million in SC NET ZERO VENTURES FUND I, F.C.R.E., a fund managed by Suma Capital SGEIC, S.A., which invests in scale-up companies with climate technologies aimed at industrial decarbonization, energy transition, and sustainable mobility, primarily in Europe.

The fund has a diversified investor base that combines industrial vision, institutional support, and private capital, backing companies that develop technologies focused on decarbonization and promoting a more sustainable economic model, with the goal of fostering international growth and accelerating industrial adoption.

Key partners include Repsol as a strategic partner for industrial decarbonization, the European Investment Fund (EIF), as well as other Spanish public institutions—alongside CDTI, including ICO, ICF, IVF, and Seed Bizkaia—and international fund-of-funds, foreign institutional investors, and family offices.

The fund provides flexible financing, strategic support, and access to a network of industrial partners to accelerate the growth of net-zero solutions. It has already begun deploying capital in companies such as Hesstec (energy storage), Corinex (network digitalization and management), H2SITE (green hydrogen), and V2C (smart EV charging).
