CDTI Innovación, through its Innvierte initiative, has committed an investment of up to €14.75 million in 4FOUNDERS CAPITAL FUND III, F.C.R.E., a fund managed by 4Founders Capital. This new vehicle follows the same strategy as the first two funds, launched in 2017 and 2021, with the primary goal of investing in pre-seed and seed-stage companies with global ambitions, a clear focus on EBITDA generation, and strong revenue growth, driven by high technology content and efficient capital use.
The investment strategy of 4Founders Capital is generalist, but it shows particular interest in technology-driven companies with B2B SaaS models and strong AI integration, mainly in sectors such as fintech, business services, traveltech, cybersecurity, and developer tools.
