Baker Tilly, the global professional services firm, has advised LAMBDA3 on its sale to Euromof (Europea del Mueble de Oficina, S.A.). Baker Tilly acted as financial advisor to LAMBDA3 and its shareholders throughout the negotiations with Euromof's management team. The transaction was led by Alex Wendt and Toni Carné, Deal Advisory Partners at Baker Tilly, who headed the firm's M&A advisory team.
With this transaction, Baker Tilly further strengthens its position as one of the leading M&A advisors in the Spanish market. According to data from the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), the firm ranked sixth in Spain by number of announced M&A transactions advised in 2025, completing 22 deals with a particular focus on the middle market.
Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Madrid, LAMBDA3 specializes in the design, management and execution of comprehensive office furnishing and workplace fit-out projects. Its services include workspace planning, furniture selection and installation, partition systems, acoustic solutions, and the integration of ergonomic and sustainable workplace concepts. The company's offering covers a wide range of professional environments, including open-plan workstations, executive offices, meeting and training rooms, reception areas, collaborative spaces, coworking environments, acoustic booths and outdoor workspaces. LAMBDA3 also operates a 1,500-square-metre showroom in Madrid, showcasing workplace design solutions and the latest industry trends.
Euromof (Europea del Mueble de Oficina), founded in 1992, designs and manufactures office furniture for professional workspaces. Its product portfolio includes operational workstations, executive office furniture, reception desks, call centre furniture, meeting tables, storage solutions, office seating, metal furniture and acoustic booths, among other products. The company operates more than 16,000 square metres of facilities, including its manufacturing plant in Cedillo del Condado (Toledo), and maintains offices and showrooms in Madrid and Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).
The acquisition brings together two highly complementary businesses within the office furniture and workplace solutions market. Euromof contributes its in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, while LAMBDA3 adds more than four decades of expertise in furniture distribution and the execution of turnkey office projects. Together, the combined business will offer integrated capabilities spanning product design and manufacturing, workspace planning, furniture selection, partition systems, acoustic solutions and full project delivery.
