Atomic One, the technology company behind an AI operating system for e-commerce brands, has completed a two-tranche financing round totaling €5.6 million. As part of this closing, Arcano Partners, through the Impacto Andalucía Innovación y Desarrollo SICC, S.A.U. fund, invested an additional €660,000, bringing the fund's total investment in the company to €2.5 million. The round also includes participation from a group of private and international investors, further strengthening the company's institutional backing and strategic positioning.

Impacto Andalucía Innovación y Desarrollo SICC, S.A.U. (https://arcanofdiandalucia.com/) is one of the funds selected by the European Investment Bank (EIB) to implement the Andalucía R&D&I and Digital financial instrument, financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Regional Government of Andalusia, through the Ministry of Economy, Finance and European Funds.

Arcano Partners has built a specialized platform for managing public investment funds, supported by a team with extensive experience in mobilizing European and regional funding through market-based financial instruments. Through the Impacto Andalucía Innovación y Desarrollo fund, Arcano manages €55 million dedicated to projects and companies linked to Andalusia, promoting investment and the execution of initiatives in research and development, innovation, and digital transformation across the region. The fund provides long-term financing through equity investments, quasi-equity instruments (including convertible notes and participating loans), and debt financing of up to €15 million, depending on each company's needs.

The transaction also brings in private and international investors with expertise in technology, artificial intelligence, and business scaling, further strengthening Atomic One's shareholder base as it enters its next phase of growth.

The new funding will enable Atomic One to accelerate the development of its technology and expand adoption of its platform among e-commerce brands.

An AI Agent-Based Operating System Designed to Automate Up to 80% of Operational Tasks

The rapid growth of e-commerce has significantly increased the complexity of managing an online brand. Successfully managing inventory, pricing, advertising campaigns, logistics, and profitability requires analyzing millions of data points and making thousands of decisions every day. Even the world's largest companies are finding it increasingly difficult to manage this volume of information and decision-making, while for many small and medium-sized businesses it represents a major obstacle to growth and competitiveness.

Atomic One's platform currently integrates 13 specialized AI agents covering functions such as inventory management, pricing, advertising, supply chain operations, catalog management, and competitive intelligence. The company continues to develop new AI agents to progressively expand the platform's capabilities. Working together, these agents collect and process massive volumes of information to execute decisions that have traditionally required human intervention. The platform is designed to automate up to 80% of the operational tasks involved in running an e-commerce brand.

With this new financing, Atomic One will accelerate the next phase of its growth by further developing its AI operating system and expanding the team based in Málaga. The company currently employs 13 professionals specializing in artificial intelligence, software engineering, data science, product management, and marketing.

José Luis Bustamante, CEO of Atomic One, said: Running an e-commerce brand requires analyzing millions of data points and making hundreds of decisions every day. Optimizing those decisions is increasingly beyond the capabilities of any human team. Our platform collects and analyzes that information, makes decisions, and executes them autonomously. The result is greater profitability for our customers.

Cristina Reina, Managing Director, Real Estate & Public Funds, Asset Management Division at Arcano Partners, commented: At Arcano Partners, we have built a specialized platform for managing public investment funds, supported by a team with extensive experience in mobilizing European and regional resources through market-based financial instruments. Through the Impacto Andalucía Innovación y Desarrollo SICC vehicle, we are reinforcing our commitment to supporting innovative companies while ensuring that public capital is deployed efficiently alongside private investment.
