The firm delivers a strong performance in an active but selective market, with more than half of its M&A transactions being cross-border and earning recognition as "Corporate Finance House of the Year" at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2026.

Alantra delivered a strong performance in the first half of 2026 despite operating in an active yet increasingly selective market, where execution capabilities, thorough preparation and strategic advice remained key differentiating factors. During the period, the firm's Investment Banking team advised on more than 85 transactions with an aggregate value of €10 billion.

These transactions covered a broad range of advisory services, including both buy-side and sell-side M&A, debt advisory, credit solutions, equity capital markets and strategic advisory mandates.

One of the defining features of the first half was the international nature of Alantra's activity. Cross-border transactions accounted for 52% of all M&A deals completed during the period, highlighting the strength of the firm's integrated global platform and its ability to combine local market access, deep sector expertise and specialized capabilities across multiple geographies.

Alantra therefore continued to build on the momentum generated in 2025, further strengthening its position as a trusted advisor on complex transactions through a business model based on international collaboration, a comprehensive range of financial advisory services and deep sector specialization.

The first half of 2026 also demonstrated the strength of Alantra's integrated advisory model, which combines expertise across M&A, debt advisory, credit solutions, equity capital markets and strategic advisory to deliver tailored solutions to corporates, entrepreneurs, private equity sponsors and financial institutions.

The firm's performance also received external recognition during the period, with Alantra being named Corporate Finance House of the Year at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2026, an award that recognizes excellence in financial advisory within the private equity industry.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, Alantra remains focused on delivering tailored advice to corporates, entrepreneurs, financial sponsors and financial institutions as they pursue growth opportunities and navigate important strategic decisions in a market environment that continues to demand a high degree of specialization and certainty of execution.
