Adara Ventures has led a €2 million funding round in Airflows, with participation from Armilar Venture Partners. The company has developed a platform that transforms artificial intelligence into deterministic, auditable software systems designed for enterprise environments.

While generative AI has significantly accelerated software creation, organisations continue to face a fundamental challenge: turning prototypes into production-grade systems that are reliable, governed, and auditable. Enterprises require speed, but also need control, traceability, and operational reliability.

Airflows was built to address this gap. Unlike most AI tools that generate outputs, the platform enables the creation of full systems—applications, workflows, and agents—that behave predictably, can be governed, and operate reliably in production.

The platform introduces a structured, deterministic layer for AI-powered applications. At its core is a domain-specific language (DSL) engine that acts as the application’s single source of truth—versionable, auditable, and fully controllable—ensuring reproducibility and governance from the ground up.

On top of this foundation, an AI copilot accelerates development by translating requirements into structured definitions, allowing teams to iterate quickly while maintaining governance and auditability. A deterministic execution layer orchestrates workflows and rules to ensure predictable and explainable outcomes in production environments.

Airflows also enables collaboration between business and technical stakeholders through multi-modal modelling capabilities, including visual tools, Excel-style interfaces, and developer environments such as VS Code. This approach allows organisations to move from prompts and prototypes to systems that run real business processes with the reliability and governance required in production.

Use cases span internal applications, portals, workflow orchestration, and embedded intelligent capabilities such as assistants, extractors, tool-using agents, and agent orchestration with human-in-the-loop patterns.

Airflows was founded by Antonio Lillo, Eduardo Rivas, Paco Hernández, Ignacio (Nacho) Cabrera, and Julio Casal, a team with decades of experience building and scaling enterprise software companies. Their backgrounds include AlienVault, Constella Intelligence, Stratio, and Paradigma Digital. They are also repeat founders backed by Adara Ventures.

Adara Ventures believes that the next generation of enterprise application development will be defined by platforms that bridge the gap between AI-driven speed and the governance enterprises cannot compromise on. Airflows addresses this challenge at the architectural level by combining a versionable and auditable application blueprint with AI-assisted creation and deterministic execution.

Through this investment, Adara reinforces its commitment to backing experienced founding teams and technologies that enable enterprises to build critical software faster—while ensuring reliability, predictability, and full governance in production environments
