Abac Capital has acquired a majority stake in Grupo de Incendios. Founded in the 1980s and based in Soria, Grupo de Incendios is a key player in active fire protection systems in the Iberian Peninsula, specializing in water-based extinguishing systems and, through Sistecoin, gas-based fire suppression solutions. With this operation, Abac Capital aims to strengthen the group's strategic development, reinforcing its leadership in Spain and Portugal while accelerating international growth.
