Civislend, Spain's leading real estate crowdlending platform, closed the first half of 2026 with more than €96 million in financing, representing a 55% increase compared with the same period in 2025.
During the first six months of the year, the company financed 38 real estate projects, up 46% year-on-year. All of these projects are currently under development and together account for nearly 600 residential units.
Across the portfolio, the projects offer an average expected return of 15.39% with an average investment term of 16 months. The strength of Civislend's investment model is reflected in the participation of an average of 1,154 investors per project.
The platform also maintained a well-diversified portfolio throughout the first half of the year. Alongside residential developments, Civislend continued to finance projects involving hotels, parking facilities, industrial warehouses, rural estates, commercial premises, land and luxury assets, further strengthening the diversification of its investment offering.
Expanding its geographical footprint
Geographical diversification remained one of Civislend's strategic priorities during the first half of 2026. In addition to financing projects in Mallorca, Madrid, Málaga, Almería, Alicante, Seville and Girona, the platform further expanded its activity in Portugal by launching a new project in Porto, reinforcing its presence in the Portuguese market.
Its operations across both countries strengthen Civislend's footprint in the Iberian Peninsula and highlight Portugal's growing importance as one of the platform's core markets.
"This first half of the year confirms the increasing maturity of the real estate crowdlending market in Spain. More and more investors are incorporating this model into their savings and investment strategies, enabling us to continue growing sustainably while diversifying our projects and strengthening our value proposition," said Íñigo Torroba, CEO of Civislend.
Since its launch, Civislend has financed €361 million across 183 real estate projects. The platform has delivered an average annual return of 13.8% with an average investment period of 15 months, reflecting the continued consolidation of its business model and the growing appeal of alternative real estate financing.
