Industrial SMEs

Industrial businesses selected for their market positioning and their great projection.

We manage a Venture Capital Company created in June 2015 to invest in Industrial SMEs with a proven track record, exporting vocation and solvent management teams that need a shareholder replacement to lead their expansion plans.

- Alternative investments

Alternative projects oriented towards new business sectors, such as photovoltaic. We have access to photovoltaic projects totalling 70 MWp.

Through 2 funds we will invest around 43 million euros in 46 MWp and the energy produced by these installations will be sold at market price (pool).


1- IDENTIFICATION OF OPPORTUNITIES

Model of proximity to the sources ofalflow through a wide network of SMEs and project originating centres.

Experience and knowledge of some of the most attractive sectors for investment (industry, food, health, etc.).

Models of collaboration with managers and potential co-investors when defining the best operation.

2- INVESTMENT

In-depth and rigorous analysis of the companies identified as potentially interesting, with special emphasis on the market, technology and the evaluation and assessment of the management team.

Investment models adapted to the different phases of the projects, seeking alignment between managers and investors.

Agreements with the management team to align the interests of investors and managers to facilitate the creation of value.

3- MONITORING

Active presence on the Board of Directors of the investee companies, adding value to the projects thanks to our experience in the sector and previous investments.

Regular and systematic monitoring of the strategic and financial evolution and regular reporting to investors with the involvement of sectoral experts

Advice and support to management teams, particularly in strategic and financial aspects, organic and inorganic growth, international development, etc.

4- DIVESTMENT

Determination of the optimal exit moment according to the evolution of the company and the sector, on the basis of the investment periods defined in the stake acquisition.

Identification of the best exit alternative, search for buyers and negotiation of the operation, both financial and industrial.

Seeking in all cases to maximise value for shareholders and investors and the continuity of the projects.
