Spanish startup Twinning Software, the Digital Twin and Hyperautomation platform that promises to increase the production capacity of professional services firms by up to 400% without adding headcount, has successfully completed its first funding round with the entry of Club de la Pyme as a strategic investor. The company’s technology enables the virtualization of up to 85% of administrative tasks through native artificial intelligence.

Behind the project are two industry veterans with decades of combined experience who decided to stop observing the problem and become part of the solution.

Club de la Pyme, a leading player in Spain’s business ecosystem thanks to its integrated services model aimed at fostering the growth and competitiveness of SMEs, identified Twinning as a natural fit with its mission: providing Spanish businesses with the tools and support they need to grow and compete in an increasingly demanding environment.

The investment gives Twinning access to a well-established network of entrepreneurs, professional firms, and organizations that represent precisely the market it serves, while also providing validation from one of the organizations with the deepest understanding of the real needs of Spain’s SME ecosystem.

The timing could not be better. According to Deloitte’s State of AI in the Enterprise 2026 report, artificial intelligence is moving beyond pilot projects and entering the scalability phase. However, most organizations still struggle to unlock its full potential. Twinning aims to change that within Spain’s professional services sector.

"We invest in projects where market expertise and technology genuinely converge. Twinning achieves this exceptionally well. Its founders have lived the problem firsthand for decades and have built a solution that no purely technology-driven company could have designed in the same way. Deloitte’s report shows that most organizations are standing at the threshold of real transformation. Twinning is the tool that helps them cross it," said Casimiro García, Founding Partner of Club de la Pyme.

A Sector That Has Been Digitizing with the Wrong Tools

Professional firms and advisory practices have spent years investing in digital transformation using solutions that were never designed specifically for their needs. Generic software, partial automation initiatives, and artificial intelligence layered on top of legacy systems have left professionals still entering data manually, managing deadlines by hand, and losing valuable institutional knowledge whenever key employees leave.

Deloitte’s report, based on responses from more than 3,200 business leaders across 24 countries, confirms this reality. Only 37% of organizations are redesigning core processes around AI, while just 25% have successfully moved their AI initiatives into production with measurable business impact. AI-driven transformation remains a true reinvention achieved by only a minority of organizations willing to build it from within.

Ignasi Vidal and Lluís Casadevall have witnessed these challenges firsthand for decades. In January 2026, they decided it was time to solve them.

Ignasi Vidal brings nearly forty years of experience within Spain’s advisory and professional services ecosystem. His career includes senior business development and executive leadership roles at Sage, as well as teaching at EADA Business School and advising professional firms on business strategy.

"Professional firms are among the most knowledge-intensive sectors in Spain’s business landscape, yet they remain one of the least capable of scaling that knowledge profitably. For decades, technology has promised to solve this problem without truly delivering. Twinning succeeds because it was built specifically for this sector rather than adapted to it. That difference changes everything," said Ignasi Vidal, Co-Founder of Twinning Software.

Lluís Casadevall brings extensive experience in R&D leadership across major enterprise software platforms. At Sage and ADP, he led the development of next-generation ERP and HCM systems for Spain and France. At Cegid, he served as Vice President of R&D in France and later as Chief Product Officer for Iberia, Latin America, and Africa.

"The greatest limitation of today’s systems is not functionality. They were built on architectures that never envisioned artificial intelligence as a core component. Twinning starts from a different premise: AI is not an add-on layer—it is the foundation of the entire platform. That is what makes our results possible and what ensures that the platform can continue evolving without limits," said Lluís Casadevall, Co-Founder of Twinning Software.

Their conversations led to an inevitable conclusion: no one had built a truly AI-native solution for this sector, designed from the ground up with enterprise-grade security and governance. They realized they could—and decided they would.

The Exponential Advisory Firm: From Manual Data Processing to Actionable Intelligence

Twinning Software is a SaaS-based Digital Twin and Hyperautomation platform designed specifically for advisory firms, professional services organizations, and service-based businesses seeking to scale output without scaling headcount.

Its vision is to create a digital clone of the firm—capturing its processes, institutional knowledge, and client relationships—capable of operating 24/7 with the same quality as its best employee but with virtually unlimited processing capacity.

Unlike AI assistant tools, Twinning places artificial intelligence at the core of the platform architecture. The result is a deterministic, auditable system with no black boxes, complete traceability, and full compliance with the European AI Act, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 standards.

The platform enables firms to virtualize up to 85% of administrative tasks, increase production capacity by up to 400% without additional hiring, reduce processing costs by up to 75%, and increase firm valuation by as much as ten times by transforming operational knowledge into a scalable technology asset.

A Living Platform Designed to Grow with the Industry

Twinning does not view its platform as a finished product but as a continuously evolving architecture. Its roadmap includes the progressive rollout of new capabilities and integrations with the industry's leading software ecosystems through technology-agnostic connectivity frameworks.

According to Deloitte, 54% of organizations expect to scale their AI initiatives into production within the next six months, while digital twins are among the technologies expected to have the greatest impact in the coming years. The competitive window for early adopters—and for investors backing them—is now.
