Stirling Square Capital Partners (“Stirling Square”) is pleased to announce the final close of its Fifth Fund (the “Fund”) with €720 million in total commitments raised.
The Fund received strong support from Stirling Square’s existing investor base and attracted commitments from a globally diversified group of new investors, including pension funds, asset managers, financial institutions and family offices across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
The Fifth Fund will build on the investment strategy developed across Stirling Square’s earlier funds, continuing to support leading mid-market businesses across Europe, with a strong emphasis on internationalisation and digitalisation as key drivers of value creation. The Fund is already demonstrating strong momentum, having completed three investments to date: Infobric, a leading provider of software solutions for the construction industry in the Nordics and the UK; GTT, a market-leading tax software provider for public administrations in Spain and Latin America; and, most recently, Iconsulting, Italy’s largest independent data and AI specialist. These investments are performing well and have already generated a value uplift.
The final close of the Fund follows an active period of realisations for Stirling Square, including the signed exit of Isoclima from its Third Fund in December 2025, with further realisations from two Fourth Fund investments expected later this year.
