The Biscayan technology company RK Solutions becomes the second deal closed within the new Crowdlending Bizkaia instrument

Through a Crowdlending Bizkaia loan and an investment from Fund I, Seed Capital Bizkaia has strengthened its commitment to the development of the innovative business ecosystem with a new financing operation for RK Solutions, a technology company based in Gernika that has established itself as one of the main providers of software solutions for SMEs and self-employed professionals at national level.

A growth and innovation-driven trajectory

What started as a small IT shop in Gernika has, in less than two decades, become a company in full national expansion.

RK Solutions has experienced exponential growth in recent years, increasing from 5 to more than 80 professionals in just two financial years, a milestone that reflects the strength of its business model and the growing demand for accessible and efficient digital solutions for small businesses.

The company’s flagship product, La Manzana, is a proprietary software designed to simplify invoicing, time tracking, document management, and regulatory compliance.

The transaction formalized by Seed Capital Bizkaia has been structured through a Crowdlending Bizkaia loan, as well as an investment from Fund I. This new financial boost will enable RK Solutions to:
