Revicasa, a company specialising in home inspection services, has closed a funding round of more than €600,000, led by venture capital fund The Lab Ventures, with the aim of consolidating and accelerating the development of this service in the Spanish market.
The transaction combines primary capital to support the company’s growth with the exit of its initial investor. Following the round, Revicasa’s founders, Daniel Martín and Iván Samaniego, retain control of the company and continue to lead its strategy and day-to-day operations.
Founded in 2023, Revicasa has been a pioneer in Spain in introducing home inspection as an independent and standardised service, designed to bring greater transparency and security to both second-hand property transactions and new-build handovers. The company has developed its own proprietary technology platform, enabling it to deliver a fast, consistent and high-quality service nationwide.
Revicasa’s business model has attracted the interest of leading players in the real estate and valuation sectors, including Tinsa by Accumin, with whom it has established collaboration agreements to offer these services to their clients.

The Lab Ventures joins the company as a strategic partner under an Operational VC approach, providing not only funding but also hands-on support in process optimisation, business scaling and growth strategy definition.
With this funding round, Revicasa strengthens its position to meet the growing demand for home inspection services in a market that is increasingly focused on quality, safety and transparency.
