GREENPEAK Partners has announced that through their holding group PARATUS, they have acquired a majority stake in DB Soft SL, a leading provider of Laboratory Information and Management Systems (LIMS) servicing the major laboratories in Spain.
The investment by PARATUS is a strategic building block in establishing a global leading healthcare software and IT-service provider. The founders of DB Soft placed their trust in PARATUS through a significant reinvest.
