Pangram Capital Partners II SCR-Pyme, a vehicle managed by Quadriga Asset Managers SGIIC, S.A., has invested in the capital of Grupo InCom, alongside two strategic investors with extensive experience in the sector.
InCom is a multinational company specialized in engineering, design, and manufacturing of components for the wind industry, acting as a strategic supplier to the sector’s leading OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Its main activity consists of producing component kits for the interior of wind turbine blades that optimize its clients’ manufacturing processes.
The company’s founder and chairman, Carlos Vidal, who has led the project for three decades, continues in management with a significant shareholding, supported by the CEO, Luis Azorín, who currently leads the Group’s global expansion. With the entry of Pangram and the other investors, the company is provided with the necessary resources to develop a business plan based on international expansion, increased production capacity, and the automation of manufacturing processes, thereby strengthening the Group’s profitability and financial structure.
