The wealth management business of Grupo Mutua Madrileña, comprising Mutuactivos, EDM and Orienta Wealth, closed 2025 with €28.392 billion in assets under management, representing a 15.7% increase compared to the previous year.

Particularly noteworthy was the performance of Mutuactivos, which for the second consecutive year exceeded €1.4 billion in net third-party inflows (across mutual funds, pension plans and life insurance products). Most of this growth was recorded in the mutual funds segment, where Mutuactivos became the leading non-bank institution in terms of net inflows in 2025, with €1.337 billion.

This strong performance further consolidates Mutuactivos as the largest independent asset manager outside banking groups in Spain by assets under management in mutual funds, surpassing €12.2 billion.

Strong asset inflows and solid investment performance enabled Mutuactivos to reach a historic record in assets under management in 2025, including mutual funds, pension plans and savings insurance products, with a total of €17.348 billion at year-end, representing a 20% increase year-on-year.

Currently, third-party investments account for nearly two-thirds of total assets under management, compared with one-third corresponding to assets managed for Mutua Madrileña itself, versus the 50% share recorded a decade ago.

Regarding the Group’s other asset management companies, EDM ended 2025 with €2.820 billion in assets under management, around 2.1% higher than at the end of 2024, while assets under management at Orienta Wealth (resulting from the merger of Alantra Wealth Management and Orienta Capital) reached €8.224 billion, up 12.4%
