The “21st TOP Capital Investment Forum”, a well-established event for the presentation of high-potential business projects with the participation of private investors providing smart capital, will hold its next meeting on December 4 in Murcia. Applications are now open for seed-stage startups until November 21.
The event is organised by Murcia-Ban, a network that offers support and training services for private investors and for companies seeking private capital to boost their business.
The initiative is aimed at emerging startups in their early stages with an innovative, technology-driven business project and a global vision, seeking private capital to grow. In addition, collaborating with a business angel provides entrepreneurs with experience and contacts during their development phase.
Entrepreneurs interested in presenting their business proposal at TOP Capital must register their application before November 21 at 14:00. The process consists of two steps: downloading the Top-Capital Application Form and, once completed, sending it to info@murcia-ban.es including an executive summary and the signed agreement.
The selected startups will have 5 minutes to present their project to the attending investors. To this end, their CEOs will receive qualified guidance in the days prior to the event to refine their presentations and proposals.
New investors
Ahead of the new edition of the investment forum, Murcia-Ban is also opening its doors to new investors who wish to participate in the flagship event of the private investor network. They will receive a 20% discount on a specialised training programme on the subject.
NZI Helmets: Experience in the stock market
During TOP Capital, Miguel Ángel García Ramos, Director of Investor Relations, Analysts and Financial Media at NZI Helmets—a Yecla-based company among the global leaders in motorcycle helmet manufacturing, with 50% of its business coming from international markets—will be speaking at the event.
Founded in 1983, the company went public two years ago and stands as a regional success story. García will share with attendees the company’s IPO experience and its business growth trajectory.
The TOP Capital Forum is a major event within the Murcia-Ban network. In the previous edition, 3 of the 5 participating companies closed an investment deal, and throughout its history, the network has facilitated 75 agreements. Currently, Murcia-Ban has over 90 registered private investors and 35 active investment opportunities.
