PwC Tax & Legal, PwC’s law and tax advisory firm, has announced the startups selected for its Tax & Legal Tech Springboard acceleration program, in collaboration with Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. The three chosen companies are Maska, Kuorum, and Cuotalis, which stood out for their disruptive approach and the transformative potential of their solutions in the legal and tax fields, detailed as follows:
Maska offers an AI-based platform that optimizes the process of identifying, managing, and measuring companies’ ESG criteria, detecting risks and providing key functionalities for decision-making. Kuorum provides a technological solution that allows the organization of digital voting, census management, access control, automatic quorum calculation, and facilitates participation both in real-time and asynchronously, especially useful in corporate or institutional environments. Cuotalis has developed a technological platform for managing and automating debt collection in homeowner associations, simplifying financial administration and reducing errors in payment management.
The presentation event for the selected startups in the third edition of the Legal & Tax Tech Springboard program took place on July 10 at PwC’s headquarters in Madrid. The initiative, designed to promote innovative startups in the legal and tax services sector, reflects PwC Tax & Legal and Microsoft’s firm commitment to supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem by creating bridges between tech startups and the professional services sector. Through access to expert knowledge in legal or tax matters, technological resources, and opportunities to connect with the firm’s clients, the program aims to accelerate the growth of these companies.
