About Guillermo Gutiérrez Marco
With more than 15 years of professional experience, Guillermo Gutiérrez Marco joins Lexcrea as Managing Partner for the Basque Country after his tenure at Laffer Abogados. He specializes in corporate law and has advised industrial, family, and private companies, particularly in M&A transactions, restructurings, and corporate dispute resolution.
He holds a Law Degree with an Economics Specialization and a Master’s in Business Law from the University of Deusto, where he is also an academic tutor and member of the final master’s thesis evaluation committee. Additionally, he collaborates regularly in legal and business initiatives within the Basque ecosystem and serves as an executive member of several private associations in the social and sports sectors.
