Alejandro leads Lexcrea's regulatory department, specializing in the creation and structuring of closed-end investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, debt vehicles, and special situations. His expertise covers the structuring of these funds as well as the establishment of regulated and unregulated management companies and investment entities.

His ability to navigate regulatory complexity and his knowledge in creating innovative investment structures distinguish him as a key figure in advising companies and financial entities. He also serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors in various venture capital entities.
