BDO Deal Advisory strengthens its position in tech transactions with the appointment of Andrés Bosch Alamar as Head of Technology, leading the firm's technology sector coverage across the Spanish market.
With more than a decade of experience in M&A, corporate development and capital raising, Andrés Bosch specialises in technology-related transactions. Prior to focusing on M&A, he built experience in finance and innovation project management, including European R&D initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has advised on transactions involving software, SaaS, tech services and deep tech companies across both Iberia and international markets. Most recently, he served as M&A Director for Iberia at TH Global Capital, where he led sell-side technology transactions in Spain and Portugal.
He has also held senior positions at leading firms within the financial and technology ecosystem, including Arcano-BlueBull and Zeleros, where he was involved in M&A transactions, fundraising, investment activities and corporate development initiatives for high-growth technology companies.
Bosch holds a degree in Economics from the University of Valencia and an MBA from IE Business School, with a specialisation in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy.
"My goal is to further strengthen BDO's position in the technology sector by supporting technology companies throughout their transformation and growth journeys through M&A transactions and financing strategies," said Andrés Bosch, Head of Technology at BDO Deal Advisory.
"The appointment of Andrés Bosch represents a strategic reinforcement of our Deal Advisory practice in the technology sector and strengthens our presence in the Levante region.
