According to the company's press release, HTBA (HealthTech BioActives), acquired by Miura Capital Partners in 2024, "continues to make a difference in innovation and sustainability. In the last four years it has invested 25 million euros in the modernisation of its industrial centre in Beniel (Murcia), consolidating its position as a world leader in the manufacture of flavonoids and active forms of vitamin B12".
With this investment, the company has created 58 new permanent jobs, taking another step forward in its commitment to sustainable development.
One of the group's key projects has been the construction of a unique production plant in Europe, enabling it to produce all active forms of vitamin B12 in its natural form. It has also modernised its lavonoid plant, incorporating cutting-edge technology and more environmentally friendly processes that reinforce its vision of circular economy and green chemistry.
