The Corporate Finance team at GVC Gaesco acted as financial advisor to Luis Clavería in the sale of 100% of Clavería Servicios to Kiloutou Group, the European leader in machinery and equipment rental.
With over 40 years of history and headquartered in Binéfar (Huesca), Clavería Servicios is a benchmark company in the general machinery rental segment in Aragón and part of Catalonia. The company stands out for its efficient management, solid business vision, and clear commitment to sustainable, long-term growth. Its fleet includes more than 3,000 machines, including aerial platforms, earthmoving equipment, and truck-mounted cranes, supported by a team of over 110 professionals and a strategic network of seven branches, including Torrefarrera (Lleida).
Kiloutou Group, present in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Denmark, and Portugal, with 7,000 employees and 600 branches, recorded revenues of €1.25 billion in 2024. The acquisition of Clavería Servicios marks Kiloutou’s fifth transaction in Spain over the past 15 months.
Olivier Colleau, CEO of Kiloutou Group, emphasized that the acquisition demonstrates the “strong ambition of Kiloutou in the Spanish market.” Cyril Brillouet, Managing Director of Kiloutou Spain, added that it is “a pleasure to welcome the 95 professionals from Clavería.”
The founder of Clavería Servicios, Luis Clavería, confirmed that his son, Carlos Clavería, will remain at the helm of the company, “ensuring the continuity of the project and customer service, now with the backing of Kiloutou Group.”
