Enreach, backed by Waterland, acquires Numintec and strengthens its position as a provider of contact center solutions

This strategic integration strengthens our market position and enhances our capabilities to continue delivering value to customers and partners across Spain through our portfolio of solutions and our consultative approach, combining our local expertise with the knowledge, scale, and advantages of being part of a European multinational.

Strategically based in Barcelona, where Enreach already has a team driving its Contact Center business unit, Numintec brings 20 years of experience in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) together with a team of 60 specialists who will join our Contact Center business.
