BDO has advised Trending Corporate, a Seville-based company specialising in cosmetics and nutrition, on a comprehensive financial restructuring transaction that resulted in the successful consensual refinancing of €12 million of bank debt, strengthening the company's financial position.

The transaction was led by BDO's Debt & Restructuring team, headed by Pablo Simón, Partner and Head of Debt & Restructuring at BDO Spain. The team designed and implemented a comprehensive solution that included negotiations with the banking syndicate, as well as coordination with the company's shareholders and new investors, with the aim of establishing a sustainable capital structure aligned with Trending Corporate's long-term growth strategy.

In addition to the debt refinancing, the restructuring process also included the entry of new investors into the company.

Pablo Simón, Partner and Head of Debt & Restructuring at BDO Spain, commented: "The successful completion of this transaction demonstrates BDO's ability to deliver consensual solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders, even in highly complex financial situations."
